The prepared simple syrup should be stored in the refrigerator, in a sealed container. Best if consumed within 3 weeks of preparing. By adding a shot of brandy to your prepared simple syrup it can help to stabilize your syrup and prolong the shelf life. 

Coffee Simple Syrup


Pour equal parts of hot water into the jar. 

Stir or shake until sugar dissolves. 

Let syrup cool.

Strain out the plant matter. 

Add 1 shot of brandy to extend shelf life. 

Add to your delicious cocktail. 




Heat 1 cup of water in a small saucepan, until hot.

Add 1:1 Herbal Simple Syrup Kit to hot water & stir the herbal mixture until the sugar has dissolved completely 

Let the syrup cool to room temperature

Strain plant matter out of syrup

Return prepared simple syrup to the glass container
